If approved it should be a quick project, as I don’t believe there is any parking involved.

There is a new cycle (4-6 buildings) brewing in the EV, but we likely won't see construction starting for another 18-24 months.

That’s the main office for Bosa in the city, so I’d guess not. I’m sure they have other plans first. With the success of Arris, I wouldn’t be surprised to see them propose and move on another project pretty quick. Though that is speculation of course.

Personally I’d rather see the empty lots developed before tearing down more buildings.

The rumblings I hear is they are planning to start in Currie before anything else happens in EV, and the next project in EV to go for Bosa sounds like evolution phase 3 which is were the experience center was (now harvest venture builders)

Blow the CBE building up. Relocate the naked statues and build something useful or cool there.

It's not the worst idea I've heard. They would be part of a much more vibrant landscape. I would put them in the centre of Tompkins, and have some nice patio lights (like the ones at Bridgeland) around the area....or some nice uplighting so you could see the statues at night.
