Concord doesn’t have one. Can’t think of any others. It always baffled me that 6th and 10th put their pool and amenity balcony not only outdoors, but on the north side entirely behind the tower.

Torontonians think the sun and downtown views are to the south of everything.

I asked the cashier who was helping me this very question when I was there last time around (a little over a month ago) and she told me that Stephen Ave store will remain as is. She also mentioned that this new store will be smaller than Stephen Ave store. She seemed pretty confiden.

Yup, the taller of the two. It's going to be either 40 or 41 floors.

Agree. Even 30 stories used to seem very tall. When the highrise boom started in the late 90's early 2000's (West end developments, etc..) developers were sticking to 20 some stories. When Arriva came out at 34 stories it felt crazy tall.
