Still wish it was a Loblaws City Market, but this is still better than what there is there!

Honestly, I'm good with the Superstore. More ethnic brands and typically cheaper than Loblaws city market. Between Sunterra and Co-op and Urban fare, the higher end groceries are already covered in the downtown region.

I actually like the marble. The doors next to it are for the lobby entrance to Bosa's planned 43 story tower that will eventually be built. I'm guessing the marble will eventually have signage placed on it and if you're a delivery person, visitor or taxi driver trying to figure out where on a giant mega-block you're supposed to go, a sharp contrast such as the one the marble provides will help draw your eye to where you need to be. That being said I agree with most that the podium is way too busy in terms of material choices.
