I was initially disappointed with the loss of the brick, but it might be better with there being another building with beige brick a block away. It’s always nice to have a variety.

I'd guess more metal panel based on what they have above the windows. Could be a mix which would look decent.

Those metal panels above the windows are there in the rendering between the brick sections.
