I've been walking past this empty lot for the majority of the 10 years I've lived in the area, and it seems like something might finally be happening.

Development permit for an assisted living facility was approved in 2021, and was just released to the applicant on July 2, 2025

Theres been some action on the site and this sign was recently put up.
