I took a look this morning into the dig, there is a crane base set up on the rebar at the bottom. No concrete poured for it yet.

things are progressing well. Does anyone know the latest on sales?

I would bet it's one of the few condo projects that are selling well these days. The prices are good and the location kicks butt.

Last I heard, sales were not going all that well. They have gone through at least one value re-engineering since launching the project almost 2 years ago.

Era in Bridgeland is on Realtor.ca with pics from their showroom for Annex. Says sales centre opening Sept 28.

There is concrete poured around the crane base now. Although excavation still isn’t complete. Any idea when the crane might be coming in?
