That would be nice, but I wonder if the economics are there. 12 units on a parcel that large is not very much these days. Maybe the best thing is finish off the 6 units that are there now, and do a higher density build on the lower part of the parcel.

I saw a couple of tradesmen on site today when I went by. It would be nice to see this get finished up once and for all.

This one has surprised me over the years. With how hot Bridgeland has been it’s weird that this one has been touch and go and stop and go so much

Yeah, you’d think that a half built project in the middle of a housing shortage would be easy to get finished.

This development is a good example of how much things have changed over the past 7 or so years since this development was first planned. If this development was planned today it would host at least double the amount of suites. With only 12 suites, it probably makes it a tough go.

Let's compare Alvaro to Trail 31 just down the road. Both are a very similar footprint, though Trail 31 is a bit bigger, however one has 12 units and one has 50. (same map scale)
