Fro what I've seen, they have a small crew there 4-5 guys total. It's going to be one of those slow but steady builds.

When I passed it earlier there guys working away. Looks to be at grade.

This was idle for a while, but in the last couple of weeks they have framed it up, and it is now topped out.

Think this one is stalled out. North building hasn’t been touched in months and they’ve poured the foundations for the south building. Haven’t seen anyone on site in weeks and there is a For Sale sign on the fence.

bummer, anyone know how long a building can be left like that before its a tear down?

With all the action in Bridgeland you’d think this would be an “easy” sell. To me it’s a great location. Hope someone finishes it sooner than lately

Not sure, but if anyone is in the market for anything stay away from the ones being built by the RCCG Living Faith Chapel. They spent a long time open to elements just being weathered.

If they took it apart they’d probably get more for the lumber than the land.

The OSB will last a few months, the rest of the framing should be ok for a year or two.

Many of the windows have gone in so this one isn’t completely stalled. The for sale sign is for the townhouse units themselves, not the plot.
