Has anyone confirmed if they are going modular on this one?

I assumed it wasn't modular due to the tower crane, but maybe a tower crane is needed because of the height?

Looks like they've started on the 3rd floor. I'm assuming at this point it wont be modular

Looks that way for sure. It's going to be nice having a 15 floor tower in that area.

Drove by today and they're currently working on the 5th floor. Pretty happy to see this coming up pretty fast, should start being noticeable in the skyline within a matter of weeks!
