Yuck. Why couldn’t they just duplicate the one from across the street. I give that one a 9/10 and this one a lowly 3/10.

It is a means to an end. Get experience with modular. The mural is subtly great, distracts from the building. If this was the 10th modular project, they've done like this, I'd be pretty put off by it, but it is their first.

Wish they gained experience in Manchester Industrial/Edmonton first, not downtown.
Fair point. I'm happy to support the idea of trying out modular, but I also agree they could have tested it out in a number of other places.

If they stacked the modular units shortly after that, without adding the elevator and stairwells up to 6 storeys prior to the modular units being placed, how are they doing the stairswells and elevator shafts after the modular units are erected. Interested in how this works
