I think this looks really sharp... far more 'Copenhagen' than the recent development proposal by that name.

I always thought this one would turn out well but this is looking even better than I expected. This building looks like it belongs on the harbour.

To change the podium from feeling squashed, I would’ve maybe went with a cream/nice beige instead of black to lighten it up and give a sense of airiness, while differentiating from the upper storeys.
