Great to see more affordable housing but I don't like the location. Its not that great of a building thats being built in an already sterile side of downtown, should be built next to a LRT station somewhere else like Brentwood.

Completely forgot there was a parking lot there. Would love to see it developed soon, something similar to the concord would fit right in.
If only it was similar to the Concord. lol. It'll be nice to see that parking lot disappear though.

If I was dictator for a year, I'd put an iconic ACAD building there (think 41 Cooper Square) combined with a new LRT station.

You're not far off. At one time there was a rumour of ACAD looking at that lot and the lot beside Enmax as the city owned it and was keeping it for something institutional. The lot north of there along the river would also be great for ACAD. You could have some awesome terraces overlooking the river.

Nice to see this under construction. It's not the prettiest building, but it gets the job done, and it'll eat up another empty parking lot.
Piles are done, and they are now excavating. This one's going to go up quickly too. It'll be topped out sometime around February.
