If things go as planned, the abatement is expected to be done this weekend and Able (blue truck) will be finishing the demo and tearing up the asphalt starting Monday.
I don’t know when drilling starts, but I’ve heard the want to start right away.

Yeah since 4th Street Lofts (115 meters). Easily 2 years.
