There is like a floor for Oompa Loompas wedged between two normal sized floors.

I wonder as this one starts to rise if we'll see some action on the old Sony Store lot to the north. If they started construction now the would probably probably finish just as the 4th Street Lofts are hitting fully rented status and would benefit from them creating buzz and demand in that area which help boost their own rental situation.
