Yeah I'm really tired of all the parking lots in the greater downtown area. It totally ruins the urban fabric. I'd definitely prefer several smaller towers over a few massive ones.
haha well no shit. But that’s usually a gimmick added to the title of a building. This would make this project one of the few that are actually what they say they are.maybe thats why “lofts”
Or even 14 X 6 storey buildings Scattered around downtown, Beltine, Sunnyside and Inglewood etc.dont mind seeing the slightly shorter tower. ill take three 27 story towers or four 20 story towers over two 40 story towers at this point.
The whole site has been fenced out except for Reds DinerHas there been any update to this one? I haven't had a chance to be in the area in a long time.

Very little character transforming into a high density, high quality high rise with street activation on a major downtown corridor is more than a fine tradeoff for meIt's too bad about the little brick apartment building tho.
