Interesting they're going with different colors of spandrel for each side.

Not really feeling the charcoal spandrel, but the south face looks real nice. The window glass on this one is top notch for such a small project.

Really loving the glass on this one. I also love how the retail units on the bottom are just glass walls. Extremely clear glass walls.

Yeah, it's funny, I didn't think I was going to like this one, but it's turning into a nice little project.

Maybe this as been asked, but what sort of tenants have they got lined up?

(Name aside,) I'll join the chorus and say that it is indeed a nice little project, but man do they need to clean up the adjacent street corners as well. People might actually want to go to the area if it wasn't replete with empty lots and sketchy buildings.
