Nothing exciting but the smaller non-dazzling developments are good for overall inner-city urban development. As boring as they are, I’d be happy with 50 of these scattered around the inner city.

As a resident of the neighbourhood, I much prefer this over the grey and white stucco boxes that are going up all over Mt Pleasant and Cap Hill. A lot more of this, please!

Apologies for the picture quality. There is something under construction at 16th Ave. and 4th St., Northwest. There was a sign sitting against the fence and it looked like a medium sized multifamily project.
