I voted 'Great'. Not because the design is super cool or anything, but because I wish Calgary had more projects of this scale and height, with the narrow frontage...similar to 7th ave Hat.

feels like youre going to have your heart broken with the west facing balconies when they put a building of similar height next door.

I like it, and agree with Surreal on the scale. This is well scaled, and yes, it's bland, but a group of bland buildings of this size and layout can create some nice urban fabric. The only thing I'm not keen on is the street frontage. It kind of has more of a look that you'd see on the back of a building. Other than that 7 out 10.

I just want 5-6 storey row houses to be popular. Montreal did this so well.

Mission is on a nice roll. All of the inner city neighborhoods have done well over the past 10 years, and the momentum continues.
