Was at Made by Marcus the other night and was happy to see the progress on this one! Should be a great addition to the area, loving the evolution of 19 street, neighbours be damned lol.

What a great scale of building, perfectly suited as a density anchor to a chill, urban main street.

Does anyone remember what the deal is with the south facade where the steel is? Is this one build right up the next property line?

That would be my guess. It's either right at, or very close to the property line to require non combustible construction.

I use to live on this street, glad to see it becoming a bit of a retail strip. We need more of this scale of development to truly fill out the surrounding areas of the core.

I would take two dozen of these over a couple of 40 story towers without a second thought.
