It still has 53 units, but IMO is nicer looking now:

@Surrealplaces This project is in the database at https://calgary.skyrisecities.com/database/projects/cadence.41196 but the link to the thread is https://calgary.skyrisecities.com/forum/threads/30956/ which throws an error. Can a proper thread be created?

It looks like DP2023-06315 was approved. With the new DMAP, I'm not sure if it's still subject to appeal or not.

Great addition to the neighbourhood. This section of the community is starting to turnover.
