I am guessing it is a financing issue for the developer. The market is still strong for other purpose rental projects.

I would guess something to do with the developer. The design is something that looks doable.

They might as well go for 12 floors. The proposal to the south of them is a high rise, and it’s going yo be close to the green line station - when it gets completed in 2075.

I don’t think any heritage buildings are getting the wrecking ball. I agree, though, might as well go to 15 stories. The LRT is going to be a block away..

I think you are mixing this up with the one in the Beltline, called 'The Barclay or something similar.
