Those south and west facing suites would be unbearable without AC. As heat rises, the higher up you go in the building, the worse it would be.

No AC and many suites without balconies, I'll pass on those. I would want a balcony for sure to enjoy some outside time. AC would make it much more livable I am thinking. Nice looking building.

I hope for the sake of the people living there, that there is AC. Those floor to ceiling windows create *a lot* of heat
