the developer behind Curtis block, ONE Properties, owns the land on 9 ave across from Cidex west village towers and planning to start construction after curtis block is done, so that will hide cidex not very attractive building

I didn't realize WAM sold that site. Design looks the same though. They just renovated Metro Ford a year or two ago though, so I give this one a small chance of happening.

The blue glass looks great at first sight. Good job at colour matching the spandrel. It would look better if all the panels (not necessarily including the operational panels) had the same width. It's not many that aren't. Probably why they stand out more.The white panels don't compliment the blue panels at all. They should have stuck to one colour.

The Blue glass might have fit better with the white paneling if the glass had white mullions, but yeah, they mix awkwardly. Soon the white paneled portion will drop off and we'll get a better feel of the how the tower will look with more blue glass.
