ever time I walk by I imagine that whole store swapped out for an amazing restaurant with a patio. And the parking lot gone for apartments. Ugh to dream…

This project covers the western half of that block. I did shop at that Co-op when I lived in Inglewood around 99-00, but I can't remember where exactly it was.

But as you can see, it's not the part of the block across the street from Sunterra/Keynote.

DP is approved but not released, and I'm not aware of any building permit application, so doubtful there'd be any construction-related activity just yet.

It’s actually a Co-op site that’s being demolished, and they’re carrying out some excavation work as part of the demolition process.

No - I lived around the corner from here. There is an old one-storey office building being demolished. It's been vacant for a while - and was looking pretty beat up, so probably demolished as a safety thing. I can imagine the squatters. From google maps, it looks like windows have been boarded up since 2017, previously it was a "mymacdealer".

There's no digging ongoing. Just backfilling on an unrelated demolition. Trust me, within an hour of machines arriving on site for this one, ill be updating.
