The one standing is the second building, the one with the bistro in the front is U/C with only the foundation. I imagine they will build the retail space, the Frontier and most retail space in the area are leased.Did the bistro get V/E'd?
Rather they find a tenant than having it sitting for lease. Offices can also include lawyers, doctors, and other professional services, not necessarily a corporate office. There's quite a few retail space coming online in the area with the Frontier (1 CRU unleased) and West Nineteenth in a couple of years. Currently that proposal is being appealed, but at most there'd be a small change but not cancelled since a very similar development is next door (19+2)It sucks that the bistro is now going to be an office, but overall this project is a big win.
