Operation SEED has begun and it's been an immense success with the residents. The sense of community is overwhelming and we could't be happier with how a simple architectural notion has brought people together!

Hey guys, just came across this thread. We're actually the architects on this one and O2 is the planning consultant that submitted the Land Use. This will be purpose-built rental, 170 units. Land use was approved and after a Covid-induced delay, things look like they might pick up on this one again.

Not to hijack this thread, but Hive (the original in Inglewood) has resurfaced! Negotiations and costing are ongoing. There is some discussion about adding a third floor. This one looks like it may just happen after all!

No updates, but the owner is still optimistic about the project going ahead. Just unsure of timelines given the current state of the economy and the pandemic.

The meeting got postponed until this afternoon...
