Anyone know anything about how many units have been sold or prices for the units beyond the fact that they're from the low 200ks? Can't find any recent marketing material online.

Interestingly, there was even LRT considered for 162 ave to connect to Somerset-Bridlewood station. Although it's from 2007, the Southwest Regional Policy Plan states a few times about the potential for LRT and I found it pretty neat!

On their website, am I reading this right? It says the first tower will be 1638' but that sounds wayyy off for a 47 story building. Could that be the collective height of all 3 buildings or maybe a typo? I wouldn't mind a tower that tall though haha
