I remember there is a master plan for the area somewhere, but nothing too definitive. I suspect you're right, it'll probably end up a mish-mash of developments, which sometimes isn't too bad, but can also be bad.

This is the same setup as Concorde and some of the other fancy condos in Eau Claire, so the precedent is there, but it would be nice at least have retail in this location. :) I renamed it East Village Truman Hotel for now. Us regulars know the difference but for others, this at least separates...
