There was talk of a hotel going in beside the Cowboys Casino, and that the project was to be managed by Matthews Southwest. That's the lot I thought we were talking about, but there is also the one to the NW of the BMO centre. I forgot there was a concept proposal for that lot.

I think it's the lot beside the BMO Centre. It was supposed to be a hotel at one time, but personally I would love it to be the empty lot beside the BMO tower.

From what I heard or read, that was the reason.
