Truman is going absolutely gangbusters! I kind of worry they'll stretch themselves thin. Don't want another Torode style implosion. They seem to have their shit together though. Can't believe they have such a small HQ considering their growth.
Are you talking about Barlow and 52nd? They both have dirt piles just waiting for construction. Barlow is terrible. They went from 1 set of lights to 2. How was that ever approved? I take the Shepard Road shortcut to avoid it.
Lots of earth moving going on north of the PBS building at 130th. Was discussed a bit in the Greenline thread and someone who works there said it’s a second building expansion for PBS and that it differs a bit from previous renderings.
I want to see a daylight rendering. Is it just square with night lighting adding that design? Do the balconies make a similar pattern? What colour is the building? It’s really hard to tell.
Is the name a nod to the trailers it is replacing? I wasn’t aware the trailer park was going.
These identical buildings of grey, black and white with wood veneer accents popping up everywhere are the new commie blocks. Show some creativity for once!
Hopefully they don’t cheap out putting the UV protection film on only half the windows and doing a random band on one side this time. Looks terrible on the current building.
If it’s by the PBS building and Canadian Tire I was wondering the same but I think that might be the second phase of Shepard Station office park. I asked about it in the Construction thread too.

They're still drilling for soil samples by the Deerfoot Inn and Casino. It's been a few weeks. I'm guessing the overpass will cross over the corner of their lot SW of Barlow and 114th.
