DP is approved but not released, and I'm not aware of any building permit application, so doubtful there'd be any construction-related activity just yet.

Does anyone know if they're demolishing the building entirely, or stripping it down to the structure and doing a full reclad? I always assumed the latter being that it's the same height as the existing building.

As a resident of the area, I'd love it if they would shake things up a bit by not using the white stucco/grey hardyboard combo on every single freaking building.
