Still more excited about this than the W Hotel. The other one just adds (awkward) height. This project adds an excellent street level whereas the W is just lay-by's and lobbies. The public observation level will be cool though.

The Morrison is the one on 1st. The discussion about that one kinda got mixed with this one.
