I think the signs say "office/retail space" and I don't think they put any services in these spaces to handle restaurant kitchens so they'd need some major work to switch.

It really looks ridiculous from Bow Trail where you see like 20 in a row from the side. Dark siding too so they really stand out. Even better when the condensate is dripping on the hood of your car in the winter.

🤢 Has anyone else been by these townhouses since they've completed? I really should have pulled in and taken a picture. Every single townhouse has white PVC furnace intake / exhaust pipes sticking out about 2-3 feet over the driveways.
