From last week - old vs new. Is CMLC only working on the public realm improvements right around the arena or the entire rivers district? I haven’t seen any renderings or timelines for the broader area improvements.

Unique look. This part of Bridgeland is ready for a boom similar to The Bridges but please restore and retain the old brick buildings as much as possible.

Some random Bridgelnad shots. Not too many bigger projects on the go here right now but looks like a new crop of midrises could be starting soon based on all of the proposals. Didn’t capture the main streets but lots of cool local shops setting up there.
