I like the plaza design - seems they have put a lot of thought into the design, function, details etc. That new performing arts building however seems to get worse every time I see see it. If that exterior is natural wood left to weather to a depressing grey color it’s going to be brutal IMO.

Anyone know what the work currently happening in the south parking lot of North Hill Mall is related to ? They appeared to be replacing underground pipe. Is it simply utilities upgrade/maintenance or is in preparation for some kind of redevelopment ?

I think paving the lot would be an improvement - I wouldn’t oppose.

Count me as another one who doesn’t like the long, hyphenated station names, it’s just stupid. And why isn’t Banff Trail called “Stadium” ?
