Well there aren’t too many cities Calgary’s size that have LRT access to most neighborhoods. So buses and BRT will have to suffice

    Missing signage to Deerfoot Trail

That would be an Alberta Transportation issue. You could contact the highway maintenance company responsible for that section. Either Carmacks or Main Road. Definitely not a City of Calgary issue.

I would think if the trees survived this far into construction they should be fine the rest of the way

I guarantee no one is going to move away or cancel a development in Calgary because of this development. It might not be for everyone, but it’s a decent development.

It wasn’t long ago the election was based off of that. Nenshi vs Smith. Smith was backed by developers

Interesting read. For the new developments that need city capital, what actual costs are the city responsible for? https://livewirecalgary.com/2025/04/02/its-still-a-beauty-contest-some-new-calgary-communities-move-ahead/

    Calgary International Airport

There is a reason they are the wealthiest states. They are the premium places to be in the US as well. Also one of the reasons Canadians wanna go to them as well. Just need to get Americans to come up here to fill those planes

    Calgary International Airport

Coincidentally most of the green and lighter shades are wealthiest states. Would make sense they would travel the most. They are the ones you’d want to market too. Ironically Westjet flies to most of those locations

    Calgary International Airport

No only the amount of transborder passengers at risk , but all the connecting passengers from Canada and other parts feeding those flights will drop dramatically. Unless travellers rebook to other domestic or international destinations, the big hub airports can see some big drops in passenger...

Give Truman a break. Got their hands full at the moment. Starting 3 high rises simultaneously and the dozen or so low/mid rise projects they have on the go as well. I’m sure in time we will see details emerge
