    The interior elevators are quite small and inadequate to load all the numerous building materials ( drywall, metal stud, windows, plumbing etc etc). They are very difficult to access, just much easier from exterior skip. Unsure if they may also upgrade the interior elevators as well.

    Correct. It is just metal q deck. It’s being covered with densdeck and a vapour barrier. The final standing seam (bemo) roof sheets in copper colour should cap it all off.
