Looking at @1875's pic makes me wonder they didn't stay with plain white or off-white panels. It actually looks okay. It's too bad it's going to look like crap when they peel off the wrapping.

One tallish building would be okay. Something to signify the intersection as the center of the neighborhood. I think the way this is structured, it wouldn't be overpowering either. The problem comes when everybody will want to do a 12 storey building.

With Boston now, most of the large airports in the US are covered. Detroit/Philadelphia/Washington and Miami are left, but I don't know if anyone cares much if we get routes to those places. Miami might be kind of nice, it would mean coverage for pretty much all geographical regions of the US.

Agreed. Missed opportunity, although once you get west of this parcel, there isn't good opportunity for multi-family or retail.
