The City should be looking at fixing this infrastructure to align with the future LRT tunnel. I bet they are just replacing the pipes in their current location and will have to come back in the future and move them when we decide to build the subway.

Truman have a lot of condos that are sold and they have no involvement after. A lot of what they are building are rentals that they do manage, so they definitely have a large portfolio they could sell if they need to raise capital.

I'm surprised it took this long for the UCP to weigh in on bike lanes. Populism is their go to and they need a wedge issue as stated above. The best response needs to come from the cyclists by using the bike lanes.

I'm sure the render isn't accurate, otherwise this tower will be well over 300m. Residential towers are usually close to 3m floor to floor, so that would give 207m without counting the much higher ceilings on the lower levels, so I'd guess 225m.

Lots of tourists are spending a couple days here before / after heading to the mountains these days, plus all the conventions and Stampede, the word is getting out that this is actually a pretty great city and not just the airport for Banff.
