Office space and employees will no doubt be scaled back after all the dust settles. Nobody likes to see jobs disappear, but not necessarily a bad scenario if they are O&G jobs and done slowly over time.

I've been happy with the progress of the office conversions. It's moving fast and we'll see a quick boost a residents in the downtown.

One thing about the office conversions is they go so quickly, one day they’re starting it and then a few months later they’re done.

That's great. It confirms what I've always been led to believe, which is Canadian and American systems use an apples to apples comparison.

Basic rooms, but what you'd expect for affordable housing. IMO, the exterior is better than expected, so overall a win.

Not sure, but judging by the cars, I would say the 1920's I rarely ever see interior pics. The exterior isn't as nice as many of the older train stations in other cities, but I think in today's context t it would be one of the coolest buildings in the city if it was still around.
