Stumbled across this information brochure on this project. Looks like the Main Street retail that was hoped for is a reality. If that Main Street retail continues all the way from 85St through past the park it could bring a nice urban feel to this suburban development.

According to the City of Calgary site, Rocky Ridge is 284,000 square feet in size and Seton will be an approximately 330,000 square foot facility.

Anybody know what the two open to the sky rooftop areas are for at the top of the red cladded column facing east? With the rest of the building, they make me think of owl eyes.
