I figured as much from the renderings and these pictures, but it looks like they cut down those huge trees on the north side. I really wish they would have incorporated them in the design. Trees like that take close to 100 years to mature. Here are the trees I was talking about...

Oh that's fantastic news. Do you know if the same developer owns that lot? If not, that's some very creative planning agreements for a tight access spot.

The access to the underground parking annoys me so much on this project. Does anyone know if they tried to change it to no parking? That ramp basically takes up 30 metres of that lot, which is prime riverfront property.

I finally found time to post these. This is from a tour I did with my class at the start of October. They were awesome at accommodating us. The view from the rooftop is great! Really interesting composition of units (Townhouses, apartments and lofts) and no two are the same.

When I went on a tour last year, they said that they were trying to find someone to build a boutique hotel in that location. I doubt they have had any luck.
