Is it me or December and November were dreadful in terms of sunshine?

There is really one problem preventing the area from taking off. It feels a bit suicidal to buy in Arris, especially if you intend to sell after some years.

Yes, there are several listings for renting units of the buildings online right now. 2 bedrooms going for between 2.1K and 2.6K. A bit pricy considering the building and this area of downtown but you judge.

I'm working from home so yes I'm looking for nice place downtown, which comes at a price, but this price was 600$ cheaper 3 years ago...

I'm moving back to Calgary and looking to rent a condo (DMs are open if anyone is leasing an unit). I was renting a 1 bedroom for 1.1k$ in 2020/2021, now i'm gonna need to spend at least 1.8k it's insane. I also wonder why condos remain cheap to buy when rents are spiking this much.
