Well it's great for our city that a forum like this exists for people to discuss and appreciate design. There's a lot of really great architecture being produced in Calgary right now and it's only going to make this a better place to be!

Yep, 2017 is shaping up to be a fun year of construction starts for us. I'm hoping BLK60 and Village can both get going as well.

Thanks, we liked it too ;-) Grosvenor really liked it as well and they were very close to pulling the trigger on it. Unfortunately, I think the concept of a boutique hotel on the corner of 17th and 4th dissuaded them a little. Hotels are generally not their bag. Thanks for the welcome!

Hi guys, just came across this forum. Thanks for the complements on our BV20 project! The developer is RNDSQR and the project is now in for DP with construction slated for fall of this year.
