I believe it's still called the Village, but the developer is Eagle Crest and the Architect is FAAS.

I see this summer they have left the road open to traffic, but took away the parking lane on the south side of the road, and made it into a dedicated path for pedestrians and bikes. Not a bad compromise, but I would go further and make Crescent Road one way and widen the new pedestrian/cycle lane.

There are some other inner city projects as well. Giordano, Marda, and Mantra have vinyl siding. I hope it stays with smaller projects, and not used by the larger developments. Time will tell, but if in 10 years the vinyl look faded and crappy I won't be surprised.
