I'm trying to think if they could be trying to increase visibility of the project and do a temporary experience centre until the new year? 33rd and 34th aren't a holiday shopping destination but maybe even a small increase in knowledge of the project will help.
As for a place off site that could host an experience centre, their options are pretty limited in the area. Directly across 33rd there is the now vacant circle k but that's all I can think of for vacancies in the area.

They could maybe park a trailer at the ARC 33 site.

They would likely move sales online until the building was basically complete, then have a show suite and sales centre in the building. Not uncommon.

Feels like all those other lots along 33rd where developers are quick to evict and/or tear down and then get cold feet when it's time to build.

I just drove by, this grey building does became as a sales center, I see there is a room has building model. And on the north side there is a label shows Marc and Mada .

I noticed there are some more recent DP Plans on DMAP which show some proposed phasing for the project.
Looks like the first phase would be the podium/COOP and the smaller residential building along 33rd

Tower 1 is the shortest. Interesting that the tallest tower would be phase 3. Makes me think that there could be a chance that not all the towers would be built. If they are built sequentially that's a decade of construction, which is brutal to imagine.

Is this the first Truman project that's been kind of scaled back? can understand not doing all 3 in the current environment, but thought they'd at least do the first two concurrently.

Buliding this in phases with the podium and much of the landscaping done after phase 1 feels more palatable in a neighbourhood where the construction never ends. Which seems counterintuitive as it will actually take longer to build as a whole.

Went to the Global Pet Foods in Marda Loop last night and couldn’t help but peek in through the windows at the prospective sales centre, and I spotted this model of the proposed development. Just a sneak peek for everyone

New renders out on the website! Quite a bit more height on the southern midrise for some taken off in the north. The NE tower looks like it's snapped to the grid now instead of slightly rotated, and looks uh... significantly uglier. SW tower still looks pretty good but not nearly as good as before.
Side by side for comparison, new is on the left.

Uh, that's too bad. The rotation was the only semi-interesting part of the design.
At least it might make Kramer happy.

Trying to remember the phasing they outlined before... Amended plans submitted December 19th.
Also, looks to be a portal in the NE tower. The balconies stop and then start again and there some sunrise shading... There is an indent but this is phase 3, we'll see if we ever get this tower.
