Probably the heating furnaces that keep the workers warm caught a fuel source, like an oil-covered tarp or wood. Most likely will shut down for a few days for a safety review and restart in the new year

Really wonder how that east end of 17th is going to be once Truman finishes the stampede/stampede station hotels.

I have a good feeling those developments will really push investors to get 17th properly developed from 4th Street to MacLeod trail. Broadway on 4th will certainly help too once that’s complete.

Unfortunately that means we’re probably still 10+ years away from a fully developed 17th ave.
