The material maybe wasn’t the best choices, but the overall build isn’t bad. Kind of a mini village thing happening.

Is this not much worse than the modular building along 6th Ave and 10th Street? I think this is much worse.

This looks really awful. Nothing homey about it. Living here would make me feel like I was staying at a work camp or industrial site of some kind. Hopefully there is some greenery added to help warm it up. The form is better than the modular building on 6th ave but the material choices are almost as bad. They cheaped out on the windows and lost the only articulation the buildings had. Now it's flat and lifeless.
