These units unfortuantely don't appear to have any good outdoor spaces for the residents. I would hope on a development of this scale that they would at least have some indoor amenities, such as a gym or a party room.
I guess the builders are just trying to maximize revenue per acre here, without any flashy add-ons. It's just another mid-rise wood frame apartment in the suburbs. However, it's near Heritage Station, which is great, and it is quickly becoming one of the densest hubs south of Glenmore.
