I've always liked this one - not that it's attractive, just that it has a unique and intentional vibe and really maximized the space. I don't think it quite comes together as a standout building, but it's better than had they played it safer and more boring in this location and build something more boring.
The location is stellar too with all the great restaurants and things in Chinatown right there.

Best vietnamese subs in the city are at your doorstep! that's a selling feature on it's own. Haven't been to the Pho place since it rebranded, but it was one of the best as well...

I also like the TV on the wall hung above the outlet instead of over it. If I went to a friend's house and their TV was like that I might actually just rip it off the wall and leave.

Personally I love really transparent glass. Probably more suited for a less sunny climate than ours, but the efficiency is not my problem, so I always prefer it over more tinted options.
